Mental Health Therapy in the Community

Through an exposure therapy model, therapists will work with young people outside of the clinical setting to practice skills and strategies in real life settings. To reduce barriers in accessing mental health therapy, therapists will come to you in community. This is mental health therapy, therefore it is covered under NIHB, Jordan's Principle, and insurance providers.
